- Cancel after 1 minute
- A cancellation fee may apply based on:
- Driver's travel distance to pickup
- Time since driver assignment
- Ride type or service selected
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 2 minutes
Driver Delay or No-Show
- If your driver is delayed or doesn't arrive on time:

2. Ride Cancellation by Driver
