By accessing and using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform.
SASA Innovations aims to provide a seamless and efficient ride-sharing experience for users by offering features that simplify ride booking, negotiation, and communication. Whether you are a Passenger looking for an affordable ride or a Driver seeking to earn extra income, our platform serves as a reliable solution. We continuously work to enhance our services, ensuring user satisfaction while maintaining transparency and fairness.
Our goal is to empower Drivers with independence and flexibility while offering Passengers the freedom to choose the most suitable rides. Unlike traditional ride-hailing services that impose fixed fares and strict regulations, SASA Innovations allows users to set their own prices and negotiate directly, creating a fair and competitive market. 2. Business Model for Drivers
SASA Innovations provides a platform where Drivers can connect with potential Passengers. Our model ensures that Drivers operate independently, setting their own schedules and fares while benefiting from an efficient, secure ride-matching system.
Key Features for Drivers:
- Flexible Work: Drivers decide when and where they want to work without being bound by fixed schedules or minimum trip requirements.
- Fare Negotiation: Drivers can negotiate fares directly with Passengers, giving them control over pricing and profitability.
- Earnings Transparency: No hidden commissions or additional deductions beyond the agreed platform service fee.
- Secure Payments: Drivers can accept digital payments for increased security and convenience.
- Real-Time Ride Matching: An intelligent algorithm helps connect Drivers with nearby Passengers for minimal wait times.
- Driver Safety Measures: Features like user verification, trip tracking, and an SOS button enhance safety for all parties.
3. Fees and Payments for Drivers
SASA Innovations may charge a nominal service fee, which is transparently communicated in advance. The service fee covers platform maintenance, security measures, and continued feature enhancements to improve the Driver’s experience.
Drivers must ensure they agree to a fare before confirming a ride with a Passenger. Once an agreement is made, both parties are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon price without renegotiation after the trip has commenced.
In the event of a cancellation after confirmation, a cancellation fee may be charged to compensate for lost time and potential earnings. Drivers are advised to check the cancellation policy periodically as it may change based on user feedback and service improvements.
Drivers are responsible for ensuring their earnings are accurately recorded and must report any discrepancies promptly. The app provides an earnings summary feature, and any inconsistencies should be addressed with customer support immediately.
Payments are processed through the platform's approved methods; cash payments outside the app are discouraged for security reasons. Digital transactions ensure greater accountability and minimize the risk of disputes between Drivers and Passengers.
4. Driver Obligations
- Maintain an active and verified account with accurate information. Any changes to personal details or vehicle information must be updated promptly to avoid service disruptions.
- Comply with all local laws, including licensing, insurance, and vehicle maintenance requirements. Drivers are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Treat Passengers with respect and adhere to community guidelines. Drivers must provide a safe and comfortable experience, refraining from any discriminatory or inappropriate behavior.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle before accepting rides. A well-maintained vehicle enhances the ride-sharing experience and ensures Passenger satisfaction.
- Refrain from engaging in discriminatory behavior, fraud, or harassment. Any such activities may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately. The platform provides an in-app reporting system to allow Drivers to address issues promptly.
5. Driver and Passenger Communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with Passengers. Effective communication helps ensure a smooth ride experience and minimizes misunderstandings.
- Use in-app messaging or calling features responsibly. Drivers should avoid excessive or unnecessary communication that could be perceived as intrusive.
- Refrain from sharing personal contact information outside the platform. For safety reasons, all interactions should take place within the app’s designated communication channels.
- Avoid aggressive, offensive, or inappropriate language. Respectful communication fosters a positive and professional ride-sharing environment for both Drivers and Passengers.
6. What Drivers Can’t Do on the Platform
- Charge extra fares outside the agreed-upon rate. The fare negotiation process is designed to ensure fairness, and additional charges outside of the agreed fare are prohibited.
- Cancel rides unreasonably or discriminate against Passengers. Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may result in penalties, including temporary suspension.
- Use unauthorized vehicles or operate under someone else’s account. Drivers must only use their registered and approved vehicles for rides.
- Engage in fraudulent activities, including false ride requests or price manipulation. Any attempts to exploit the system for financial gain may lead to permanent account termination.
7. Safety Measures for Drivers
- Utilize the in-app SOS button in case of emergencies to immediately alert support services and share your live location with emergency contacts.
- Report suspicious or unsafe behavior to the support team through the app's reporting feature, providing details to ensure swift action.
- Follow all traffic laws, including speed limits, seatbelt usage, and DUI regulations, while ensuring that your vehicle is properly maintained and complies with all safety standards.
- Do not accept rides outside the platform, as doing so can compromise your safety, violate platform policies, and potentially lead to legal consequences. Always ensure all transactions and communications remain within the app to maintain security and accountability.
Terms for Passengers

SASA Innovations offers a flexible and affordable ride-sharing solution for Passengers. Passengers can negotiate fares, choose their Drivers based on ratings and reviews, and enjoy safe and convenient transportation.

- Ride Affordability: Passengers can set their preferred fare and negotiate with Drivers, ensuring they get the best possible deal within their budget.
- Driver Choice: Users can select Drivers based on profiles, ratings, and past reviews, allowing them to choose a service provider who best meets their expectations for safety and reliability.
- Secure Transactions: Digital payment options ensure a safe and transparent ride experience, eliminating the need for cash transactions and reducing financial disputes.
- Real-Time Ride Tracking: Enables users to monitor the ride’s progress and estimated arrival time, enhancing the overall travel experience with accurate updates.
- Safety Features: Includes trip sharing with trusted contacts, verified Driver profiles, and emergency support features such as an SOS button and live tracking, ensuring a secure ride.
9. Fees and Payments for Passengers
- Passengers are responsible for agreeing upon a fare before confirming a ride to ensure clarity and transparency between both parties.
- It is essential that all applicable tolls, additional service fees, and surcharges be discussed beforehand and incorporated into the final fare. This helps avoid any confusion or disputes at the end of the trip.
- Any cancellations made after ride confirmation may be subject to cancellation fees, which compensate the Driver for their time and effort.
- Payments should always be conducted through the platform’s secure digital payment channels to ensure a safe and seamless transaction process. Cash payments outside the platform are discouraged to minimize risks.
- In cases where disputes arise regarding payment amounts, fare adjustments, or unauthorized charges, Passengers are encouraged to reach out to customer support immediately for resolution.
- Attempting to underpay, negotiate a lower fare once the trip has already begun, or refuse to make a payment is strictly prohibited and may lead to penalties or account suspension.
- Passengers must ensure that their linked payment methods, including credit cards, digital wallets, or bank accounts, are valid, active, and have sufficient funds to cover the agreed-upon fare before booking a ride.
10. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations to ensure a smooth and efficient ride experience. Incorrect or vague addresses can lead to delays, confusion, or ride cancellations, which may result in additional charges or inconvenience for both parties.
- Treat Drivers with respect and follow community guidelines. Always communicate politely, refrain from using offensive language, and understand that Drivers are providing a service in good faith.
- Avoid excessive delays when meeting a Driver. Keeping a Driver waiting for an unreasonable period may lead to trip cancellation and additional charges. Passengers are advised to be ready before booking a ride to ensure minimal waiting time.
- Do not engage in inappropriate behavior or misconduct during a ride. Unruly behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent account deactivation.
- Adhere to all safety measures, including wearing seat belts at all times. Ensuring personal safety is essential for a smooth ride experience. Passengers should also comply with all traffic laws and vehicle safety regulations.
- Report any incidents of unsafe driving or misconduct immediately. If a Passenger feels unsafe during a ride, they should use the in-app emergency features or contact customer support to report the issue.
- Respect the Driver's vehicle by keeping it clean and avoiding unnecessary damage. Eating, smoking, or leaving trash behind can negatively impact the experience of both the Driver and future passengers. Any intentional damage to the vehicle will be subject to penalties.
- Follow platform policies regarding ride cancellations and rescheduling. Frequent cancellations or last-minute changes may lead to penalties or limitations on booking privileges.
11. Driver and Passenger Communication
- Passengers should use the in-app communication system for all interactions to ensure privacy, security, and clear communication between users and Drivers. This feature allows for seamless coordination and minimizes the risk of misunderstandings.
- Respect Driver availability and avoid unnecessary calls or messages that could disrupt their schedules. Only contact the Driver when necessary and keep communication concise and relevant to the ride.
- Any disputes should be resolved within the platform’s guidelines by utilizing the in-app support or dispute resolution system. Passengers are encouraged to provide detailed explanations and any necessary evidence when reporting concerns.
- Refrain from abusive or harassing language, as respectful communication fosters a positive and professional ride-sharing environment. Any violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
- Passengers should be mindful of their tone and language, ensuring all interactions remain courteous and appropriate. Complaints or issues should be communicated professionally and constructively to ensure a swift resolution.
12. What Passengers Can’t Do on the Platform
- Attempt to manipulate fares or demand unauthorized refunds, including initiating false claims or misrepresenting trip details to obtain fare adjustments.
- Engage in fraudulent ride requests, such as booking rides with no intention of taking them, using fake accounts, or providing misleading information to gain advantages unfairly.
- Submit false complaints or exploit the customer support system to seek refunds or discounts without a legitimate reason.
- Request off-platform rides that bypass the app’s security system, including asking Drivers to complete trips outside the platform to avoid service fees or monitoring.
- Behave in a way that endangers the Driver or others, including aggressive behavior, physical or verbal abuse, intoxication, or any other actions that may put the Driver, other passengers, or road users at risk.
- Attempt to influence the Driver into breaking platform policies, such as accepting additional passengers beyond the agreed terms or engaging in unauthorized transactions.
General Platform Policies
13. Indemnity
Both Drivers and Passengers agree to indemnify SASA Innovations against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform.
14. Liability Limitations
SASA Innovations provides the platform as a service, facilitating connections between independent Drivers and Passengers, but does not assume responsibility for individual interactions between users. The platform serves solely as a medium for communication and ride coordination, and users are responsible for their own conduct, safety, and adherence to relevant laws. SASA Innovations encourages users to exercise caution and report any concerns through the in-app support system to ensure a secure and reliable ride-sharing environment.
15. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, logos, user interface designs, and all content available on the SASA Innovations platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, remain the exclusive property of SASA Innovations. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any intellectual property associated with the platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use or duplication of any intellectual property may result in legal consequences as per applicable intellectual property laws.
16. Resolving Disputes
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes through the in-app resolution system, which provides a structured and efficient way to address concerns. This system includes mediation tools, communication channels, and support assistance to facilitate fair and timely resolutions. If disputes remain unresolved despite reasonable efforts, users may explore alternative dispute resolution methods, such as arbitration or legal action, in accordance with applicable laws. Please keep the Platform updated to its current app version and ensure compatibility of your device. We advise you to use the Platform with a data plan with unlimited or very high data usage limits.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, services, offers, or other events or activities that are not provided, owned, or controlled by SASA Innovations. You use them at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that you cannot contractually agree to alter or give up. You will always have the full protections of the laws that apply to you.
